For those of you interested in great management literature, Harvard Business Review has launched a new bi-weekly podcast where they have interviews with academics and/or proffessionals writing in their magazine.
It is a good complementary listening to HBR articles as well as to get insight to the latest management ideas, plus it is free. I enjoy listening to it while driving by car, so that the time doesn't seem as wasted.
